This is my story.
I’m a certified personal trainer and the women behind Forever Young Fitness. Originally from Adelaide, I moved to Brisbane 9 years ago for a fresh start, working in the freight forwarding industry before deciding I needed a change and jumped over to the fitness industry. That was 6 years ago and I’ve never looked back.
I started as a sales consultant from 2018 to 2020 and then switched to reception for more freedom to continue my Personal Training Studies.
I loved doing sales and hearing peoples stories as to why they were joining but that where the journey ended and I want to help them get results so I knew switching to personal training was the right move for me.
I wanted to make the gym an inviting and safe space for everyone no matter their goals. I wanted to motivate, educate and help people get the most out of every day!

What really kickstarted my motivation in pursuing a career in personal training was my Mum. I remember vividly talking to her about a PT session I had just had and how good it felt. She told me she could never go to the gym because everyone would laugh at her. Hearing this from someone I cared so much about really struck a nerve and I knew I wanted to help people find the same happiness and motivation that I felt when I walked in to the gym. I wanted to make it an inviting and safe space for everyone no matter their goals and so, I signed up to become a trainer.
A few years later I am beyond proud to have my own personal training business, working primarily out of Goodlife Chermside, where I am able to help both men and women step in to their power and become both mentally and physically stronger.
It’s safe to say that fitness has been a HUGE part of my life not just now but since I was a kid, I have grown up dancing (for the best part of 29 years) and have evidently found myself needing to move my body and exercise my mind to be the best version of myself.
Ready to honour your higher self and start kicking goals?
